Wow! First visit to this establishment while in town for a conference. Pro tip: Book a reservation weeks ahead! It’s kinda an over the top steak house, with a huge painting of who I assume is Jeff Ruby. It was restaurant week while we were there and very busy. The service was good and very friendly with recommendations. Overall very good, the live entertainment was a plus. Worth a visit. Steaks were good and cooked as ordered.

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Louis Vuitton cake. Not only was it a visual masterpiece, but each bite was a symphony of flavors. The presentation was truly stunning, making it a centerpiece of the celebration and a delightful end to the meal. In addition to the decadent cake, we indulged in the seafood tower, which was a spectacle in itself. Adorned with blue lights and spinning gracefully, it showcased an impressive array of fresh seafood that delighted both the eyes and the palate. From succulent lobster tails to briny oysters, each bite was a taste of oceanic perfection. Throughout the evening, the staff at Jeff Ruby's went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence made the birthday celebration truly special and unforgettable. Overall, my birthday dinner at Jeff Ruby's downtown Cincinnati new location on Vine Street was an absolute delight. I'm still basking in the afterglow of a truly spectacular graduation celebration with my son, Jared, at Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse! From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my dining experience was impeccable. They were attentive without being intrusive, anticipating my needs before I even had to ask. Their knowledge of the menu was impressive, and they provided excellent recommendations. Overall, the service was truly top-notch and played a significant role in making my dining experience memorable.
My GF and I have been coming to Jeff Ruby’s for years. This is the first time come to the new location. It is so much bigger than the old place. I do like it. We were celebrating my birthday and our anniversary. I add a photo of the small touches they will do for you if u ask. The food was over the top. The people that work there are good that what they do. As you can see we got the two different kind of cakes. We did not have a Frazier in the hotel room. The GM was will to hold them for us till the next day so we could take them home. This place is not cheap but you get what you pay for. If you want good food and a fun time this is the place. We will be back. Ps. To Jeff Ruby’s thank you for last night. It was fun. The food was good and made just the way we like it.
The staff members were amazing! Knowledgeable and friendly. We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere as well. The food was very good. The only reason I give the food a 3 star is because I ordered my steak medium, which the first 2 bites were, then it was well done and dry from there. Can't explain how that happened. Everything else was great. It was my husband and my birthday, and our waiter brought over the cutest birthday desserts for us! It was so unexpectedly sweet 😊 . The valet was only $12, it's so worth it. The valet attendants were also very friendly & professional. Overall, it was a great experience.
