Price was very good for a total change-out . If you have a good relation with Lowe’s you will appreciate the ease of financing, and of working with 5 Star. The initial estimate was done by young man who was very professional and courteous and respectful of our budget. The installers were professional and worked non-stop to complete the project neatly and entirely . I have had not so good results before with equipment and installers, so I highly recommend 5 Star. Great firm! I’m on a maintenance plan and just had my spring inspection. My technician found a minor leak and repaired before it became an issue. Also replaced a part to insure my blower kept operating. Excellent service at modest prices.

I ordered a new water heater for an old apartment unit through another vendor but the process has been seamless and easy to get through. The team showed up first thing in the morning and quickly replaced my water heater and answered all the questions I had. The work was fairly priced too. The workers were friendly and willing to let me ask questions and tested to make sure the new water heater worked. Recommend!
